Entry Title:
“The Reinvention of Time”

"Reinventing time is reinventing the self."

In the world full of complexities and uncertainties, we need to re-evaluate ourselves… In order for us to be more equipped with what’s ahead in the future. Through this, our ideas can soar high and the language that we speak will be universal.

The technique used is Photo Manipulation using Adobe Photoshop CS2. The images (The clouds, The grass, The Subject) were captured using Canon 400D. I added a noise effect on the final stage of the artwork to add a painterly/cinematic look.

The model is a good friend of mine, music Video director, Treb Monteras.

We shot this for his supposed to be BOXED exhibit artwork, together with Edrie Ocampo, also a friend, who helped with the lighting. But because of time constraints, he was'nt able to do it. I asked his permission if i can use this particular image for my composition, for this artwork. Im glad he said yes.
